They did that to me too! I'm currently trying to pick up my package and can't even get anyone on the phone, and when I do they hang up on me. They are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.
I live an some apartment that dnt have no fence around the back or front and no doorbell an the back instead of them coming to the front they just leave my packages on the back porch where anybody can just walk by n get them all my bedroom are upstairs so if you dnt come to the front in ring the doorbell I wont know I have anything smh it is so sad
They are currently doing that to me too. I literally walked down the street and saw her right when I got the notification of “cannot be delivered” and asked if she had a package for me and sure enough what do you know.. had it. But wouldn’t check to see if she had a second one I’m expecting that also didn’t get delivered. What a joke
