After a station manager named "JOHN PRIDE" arrived (trying to playing god) by returning my package (thru my P.O. Box) back to the sender without my knowledge or consent, or ANY prior notification whatsoever, I permanently closed my PO Box and will NEVER patronize that location, ever again... After reporting his adversed actions to the main office, he then called me to (suttley) let me know that he was now in charge, could care less about my adversed experience of never having received my package, even mocked God, then stated my case was being closed out before rudely hanging up on me for having no need to hear of his (verbally) changed rules... Nor were any of their keyed lock boxes being utilized to accommodate sizable packages, if he felt there were too many packages in his way!!! I have used P.O. Boxes for nearly 10 years, and have NEVER experienced such adversity until John Pride's UNWANTED arrival, expressed even by employees whom are hopefully seeking better employment elsewhere...

New mail carrier today has a bad attitude throwing my package of perfume on my porch. I yelled out to him to stop and apologize he just flicked me off and started to walk away while putting his headphones on. This happened on 10/4/22 today at 12:30. I would like for someone from the usps to see this and follow up because this is not right.

This is the second time I had to deal with. I wanted it delivered at my front door but always deliver on Apt mailboxes even thought it’s common sense if a package a big send it front door. But I have to deal to redeliver but never deliver on my exact date I want to redeliver. Back on Carrollton usps they always deliver big package on my door on exact date without redeliver. I’m depending on my package to come on that exact date so please fix that issues. But other than answering my phone calls I give that an extra star. Please do better on delivering.
