“This organization, the staff, and their teachers are supposed to help people and build them up, not hurt them and tear them down.” -I’ve been attending The Wilkinson Center at the ‘Eastfield Buckner’ location, on and off for several years & I loved it! But, I’ve been very disappointed this last year by them. When I started in 2016, I barely passed anything on my entrance tests but after many hours of studying & class time, all I need now is a few more points to pass my math and I would be done. (I want to go to College!) I did my 12 hours and was waiting on a voucher to take the math GED practice test to see if I was ready. That was in April… & now I don’t know what to do. My first teacher and the leader of the school Ashley, ended up leaving. Right after that is when everything changed & my complaints and attempts to reach them to help me with this has gotten me nowhere. They don’t seem to even care. I went here to try to get help to get my GED and was told by the school administrators that I would be able to take my GED test after 12 hours of school and so I participated for 12 hours or more and every time I ask for a voucher they told me that they would give me a voucher and they never did I asked and I asked and I asked and I never got a voucher I hope nobody else has so much trouble getting them to actually I repeat getting them to actually help them get their GED
