The staff is completely unprofessional, they’re rude , the 2 African American ladies one with locs & the other with A drawstring ponytail they was rude to every customer before me and when I asked them about my missing package the lady walked to the back for 2 seconds then came back and said they didn’t have anything for me , didn’t run my name , address, number , tracking number . Just rude and unprofessional

package has been delayed for 5 days now, online tracking states that pickup is ready and then on transit yet no delivery, it's pretty obvious they lost it even rescheduled the delivery and yet doesn't show up, no insurance on it either so i am unable to file a claim

My online tracking has stated that the package is available for pickup for 3 days now. The staff at the office, nor the carrier seems to know where it is. Now, I have to file a claim. Thank goodness I got insurance on the package because clearly it has "disappeared". I'm gravely disappointed.

Two ways I suggest: Call ur local post ofc. station mgr. Or go to ur local post ofc that svcs ur address, buy a stamp & do the survey at the bottom of ur receipt. FYI- this is the busiest time of the yr & the mail volume has increased dramatically in the last 2wks. I ask that u take that into consideration before u file ur complaint. Hope this helps.

Go to usps.com & put in ur certified number in the track a pkg area.

Why does my mail carrier never takes my out going mail?? And I have my flag up even if I leave it for 2 or 3 day are they blind or what??

They are regular service till about 12pm I believe.

I mailed a package with a Nolan Ryan card in thick plastic and 2 x baseball game programs ... I put it in a bubble wrapped envelope that was used once before. And put 3 stamps on it.. I mailed it last saturday.why hasn't he received it yet
