Usually long lines with only one person working the counter. The staff is usually very rude, slow, and generally uninterested in providing any sort of assistance. Sometimes the place will be randomly closed for an hour and a half for lunch In the middle of the afternoon. Sometimes they don’t open up on time in the morning.

They dont scan shipment to process them. They leave your mail sit at the post office for a week before shipping them. They are horrible

I would give a zero or a negative rating if I could. It’s 9:15 on a Tuesday and they still aren’t open. And every time I come here they are rude. Terrible service.
