Lorie and Gilberto, I do believe you are correct. However, my understanding is that anyone can join. But I do believe you have to pass background check and stipulations. I have not tried to become a member myself. But I have asked at the gate.

Anyone can be a member. There are a few different levels. Social, athletic, golf
I agree with Ms. Kapila. My friend who's a member says some people live in that subdivision, others live outside the neighborhood.
