This location is so amazing! I recently got myself monthly contact lenses and forgot that I needed to swap out for new ones so I hurried over in a panic. They were able to offer me another set free-of-charge in the mean time while I waited for my next 6 months prescription to arrive. Lynn, Maria and Kelly were extremely sweet about the whole situation and super friendly. The best customer service I’ve received in a while! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find glasses for cheap without being tricked into getting extra lens alterations that weren’t necessary for us, since we’re young and not sure how insurance works. Jamal was very transparent, helpful, and efficient at helping both of us simultaneously. He explained things in a way that helped us understand how insurance worked and what we were paying for. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, he was friendly and generous. Best experience I’ve had at an optometrist and will be coming back for sure!
