Today was my first day coming to this shop. I liked the check in system at the front. Everyone was pleasant and seemed professional. I got my nails done by Amanda. My initial encounter with her, she was warm, pleasant and comforting. She asked me what I wanted and took time to listen, confirm and ensure my total satisfaction. She was hospitable and engaging as well. I really liked her enough to go back and visit her again another time. Thank you Amanda!!!
