VY has absolutely no idea what she’s doing. After getting serviced by VY at Amazing Lash (Galleria) my lashes were literally hurting. She placed the lashes on the line on my eyelid. The lash extension were literally touching my skin. My lashes felt crunchy and hard due to her using wayyyyyyy to much glue. During my appointment I tried to communicate with her, but her English was extremely poor. VY Will never touch my lashes again. Take heed people!

Breaks my heart but I have to give 0 stars. I have been getting lashes done for years (including a years long membership at ALS). Thought about becoming a member again and came here as a trial run before signing up again. A week later and I have about 8 lashes left (I know how to care for my lashes so it wasn’t my neglect). I called to ask for a touch up or correction. After only a week they were charging me for a full refill. I’m so disappointed because I have used many ALS locations, including Meyer land and Sugarland and had a great experience. This location does not reflect the standard that I am used to from ALS. Paid $150 plus tip to need another refill a week later 🙁 management refused to make it right

Do not get the stylist Sophie I didn’t wanna take her name but I have to now she literally glued my lashes together and I’m a very angry customer right now And then she asked me to tip her over venmo with my eyes all red and swollen and yes infected Please check your cameras (manager ) and she what she used , I couldn’t make eye movements without my eyes getting teared up. I had to go and get antibiotics coz she caused an eye abrasion . Yes abrasion for both of my eyes , had to get my lashes removed at another location and the branch didn’t even give me a refund and I had to get a full set and pay over a 100 dollars again coz the full set had to be applied and I even paid for lash removal . I was kind and very polite until they stopped refunding my money for any session they messed up. Save your money and your eyes

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
