Is this an emergency room or a true urgent care?

I think it is more of an urgent care. When we have gone in, if it is an emergency they send us over to the ER at the hospital across the street. The lines can sometimes be long so we always use the online check-in. We have had nothing but good experiences here and the staff have always been kind and helpful to us and have been able to give us the care we need.

Little bit of both but it sucks long wait and awful staff
