The provider at this location doesn’t listen to her patients. She didn’t even bother to ask any questions. And, worst of all, she doesn’t offer any helpful treatments. I have had bronchitis at least yearly for the past 17 years. I KNOW what works and what doesn’t. But she wanted to argue and I practically had to beg to get only one of the three treatments I am usually prescribed. She literally “prescribed” Flonase, an over the counter allergy nose spray, for bronchitis! If she’d spent any time talking to me she would know I already use Flonase for my allergies and if she had any sense she would know a nose spray doesn’t help bronchitis. Such a waste of time and money.

If zero or half a star could be picked, it would have been. I went on a Sunday, close to closing time. I felt terrible about that once they told me they were closing soon. They rushed me in, then I had to wait in for 40 minutes in exam room for the dr to come in. The doctor was very cold and i could tell she just annoyed with me being there. I basically spent $100 for absolutley nothing. I explained all my symptoms, AGAIN, and explained everything I had been doing to temporarly relieve the symptoms and that I was just getting worse. I had to go to another Urgent Care Dr today, the very next day!!! to be diagnosed with pnemonia (which is what I went into to CareNow for). I try to stay away from the ER at hospitals because i know they have more pressing issues to attend to, but I would recommend an ER over this CareNow anyday!!! They didn't run any tests AT ALL, didn;t ask if i could possibly have Covid or the flu or anything. Literally nothing!!

I think it is more of an urgent care. When we have gone in, if it is an emergency they send us over to the ER at the hospital across the street. The lines can sometimes be long so we always use the online check-in. We have had nothing but good experiences here and the staff have always been kind and helpful to us and have been able to give us the care we need.
