The process of online check in made the visit much easier once I arrived. Quickly got back to a room and was taken care of by very friendly staff. Questioned me about symptoms and did appropriate testing. Got results and visited with the Doctor about what I was experiencing. Longest wait was for the tests to process. I’m very satisfied and will use this facility again when needed.

I came into this location around 2pm with concerns about hitting my head hard on concrete. We waited about thirty minutes in the lobby which was fine with us. After being called to the back and talking with the nurse I sat in the exam room for 50 minutes before being seen. When the practitioner finally came in he did a basic exam and recommended I go to the er as I didn't have anything to major but I should still probably check on things, he also gave me the option to go home and monitor for symptoms. I decided at that time to go to the er. Once the practitioner left I decided to wait to go to the er and go and get food before as I have not ate since 11 that morning. After waiting another ten minutes for the practitioner to return I walked to the front and told them I would be leaving. I understand that urgent cares can be slow they see a lot of people for a variety of things. However, if someone ones in with a head injury don't make them wait 50 minutes in the exam room. If you know it will be a wait maybe offer them water or check in on them at the very least. I will not be back to this location And I recommend you go anywhere else if you actually want to be checked out.
