If you want to get a fair price for antiques and collectables use someone in Philadelphia region. They are just moving stuff like a commodity and get very low prices. Very unprofessional sales and office staff. They threw out a couch of the family they couldn't sell and then blamed me for not returning their call. Not true. I was was in consistant contact with them many times.I have the call logs. Regret using them. Amature at best. The owner said she would send me a check for the couch by the end of the week. It never came. They also forgot to take a whole box of antiques left at my parents home with labels on them. It is unfortunate a when a business owner replies to you by name online and doesn't take ownership of the problem. I have sent 2 households out to auction in the last 20 years never had any problems. Not worth the agitation.

This was my first experience with Tom Hall Auctions! I have had the best experience with them. I purchased using online bidding which can be misleading, but not with this company. All items were not only as described but better than described! Their communication with me on over 50 lots was fast and friendly! I will definately be back!
