Terrible since 7pm I checked in is still 3am & no paperwork or the text for a lumper fee. They freaking insane with unloading process. The worst ever place to go.

The Way

[2nd Visit, Delivery, OCT 30, 2022] (appointment 21:00 / arrival 20:30 / door 22:00 / departure 23:45) pass the two gates —-> move to staging area —-> get a phone call for a door —-> park at the dock —-> check-in at the office —-> wait for unloading —-> after finished unloading, move to the service road —-> get a text message & pay the lumper fee via capstone pay app —-> check-out at the office *** no overnight parking *** long waiting time *** quick unloading
