Wayne Knuckles is the owner. It was such a pleasure to meet him and he has just about any type of vacuum you could ever want. Brought my vacuum in to have him look at it. He replaced the belt and I tested it and it seemed to be fixed. You know, even if it is not workable when I vacuum again, it was worth the trip to his shop because he was so nice to talk to. Just met Wayne yesterday. Dropped off a well used Kenmore canister vacuum. He called me this morning with the quote. We have gotten our monies worth out of this one so we decided to donate this one to the trash man and buy one from Wayne. Great price and great service. Wayne and his wife do a great job at The Vacuum Shop. We had a good second-hand vacuum cleaner that had stopped working. He quickly repaired the vacuum and she made us a copy of the owner's manual off the internet. We really appreciate both of them. They also sell a large variety of vacuum cleaners.
