Try contacting the toll free service desk. (877) SAFEWAY. From there the help desk can direct you to an HR rep in the district you or your store is closest to.
You need to have an appointment to be received. If you do have an appointment do not be late. If you show up after your appointment time it's a $500 fee before the PO will be received.
