There is no fee to use the park itself. There is a fee to ride the trolley, though it was free on Tuesdays at the time of this writing. If you go to the conservatory, I would expect a fee. Checking their website will give you their most current information.

Not to use the trail, etc. Yes if you attend what ever activity is at the conservatory.
