This Starbucks has the merit of a very convenient location for me. Starbucks does a good job of getting good people to work for them and my experience there is very pleasant. I have become a regular. Honestly, I'm not one for "chain coffee", but in Rockford there are few options, especially after 7 p.m. I am glad that my "only option" is such a pleasant one. I recommend passing on the Pike's Roast, however, and taking the extra couple minutes to have them do a pour over of the dark roast: it's worth the wait and costs nothing more.
