They won't actually provide money on your behalf... But they have agreements with certain landlords that will allow u to pay security deposit in installments

They should have a service there for that yes

Do any of you know a good shelter to go to and not just in Milwaukee I have to be gone by the end of the month I have 3 kids and I tried calling 211 here but they said it's a waiting list I'm willing to go anywhere
