Yes I have they don't communicate with each other. the doctor don't communicate with his secretary, the secretary's can be very ignorant sometimes, and so can the doctor. the waiting is ridiculous the wait can be sometimes 3-4 hours sometime before you can even get seen I go in at 10 sometimes I don't get out till 12:30 1:00pm that's ridiculous so there is some negatives about dr. Ellis but he has been a good doctor to me and he's helped me when I needed it so there's ups and downs but I do understand but I like sticking with the same doctor i been with him going on 9 years I don't like changing up so I just stay with him he's a good doctor in the long run
Ana Davis totally understand not switching and the ups and downs. Maybe my experience is a bit different? I can't even get someone to pickup the phone lately and I just think that front receptionist crew is very very disrespectful and discuss other patient's personal info and gossip
