So I bought a iPhone 6s Plus off of eBay and when I tried to set it up it said “Activation Lock” can you guys take that off or jailbreak it off?

can u guys unlock a iphone 7s that is just disabled its still activated

So I found my cousins old phone and and I don’t know the iCloud password or the regular passcode...is there anyway u guys could help?
