Yes, any vehicle can be parked. However, all the advantages to use an RV won't be available as you can't connect to gas, water and other lines!

Sorry, Shelby, I have no idea. I was there for a Friday night football game. The parking areas are extensive, as I recall. As for having hookups for power, water, etc , I don't think so. You shouldn't have a problem with you parking there. I would contact the complex for the answer.
