Worst experience ever!! I guess they're too cool to even acknowledge you in the store. No one even came up to me to remotely try to sell me anything. Just stood behind the counter and were having fun joking around. Guess I'll buy some Ray Bans or Maui Jim's.

You should be able to get those directly from Oakley.
There they will refer you to the place where they repair or sell the parts, in the Oakley of the outlets they sell the glasses and there is much more variety of lenses
No, the Oakley store only carries Oakley sunglasses.
