Joined under the understanding that I could get my money back in the first 30 days if I change my mind with their “30 day money back guarantee.” When I decided it wasn’t for me, not only did I not get my money back, I was charged for ANOTHER month because I had to give a 30 day notice I was leaving. Also news to me. I requested a call with the manager when they returned to the studio & never heard back. Such a scam.

They do not put their rates online. They expect you to call them so you can be pressured into a sale. I wanted my mother to consider their service but I absolutely will not put her in a position to be taken advantage of by a salesperson. It does not matter if they believe their representatives are ethical. The act of requiring someone to call in order to find out rates is the problem. Put your rates online and I will delete this review.

Yes, you can look up the studio you are wishing to attend online, and scroll till you find a site called mindbodyonline, and it will pull up the schedule for that particular studio.

As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. Yes. All studios have a shower. All of the ones I've been two have 2 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is not any on site childcare at Orangetheory
