My husband got a bed. I've been waiting on call back from a different facility, I'm tired of waiting, ready to start. It's a five hour drive so what are chances of me getting a bed if we show up together?? Or how long is current wait list?

If anything can go wrong it will. You could be stuck here in the streets for days ir weeks waiting. Its a big gamble and there's no guarantee.
