My daughter and I traveled from GA to Dallas for the weekend and we had the great pleasure of meeting Shawana Harris. She was so compassionate, helpful, and provider EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The receptionist (sorry I can’t remember her name) but she should be recognized as well for having such a warming personality and I wanted to take time to let them know how much we appreciated them. Thank you and be blessed. Aisha and Nia Jenkins

My experience had been outstanding. From the help in the front office (Latoya), to the pharmacy techs and especially my counselor Shawana Harris. Shawana has always treated me with dignity and respect. As I progressed with my treatment her guidance has been an invaluable source for me to turn to when I had doubts, questions or support. If you are looking for someone who will actually care about you and what your trying to get through Shawana is the best bar none.

Trying to help a friend get help, and wondering if this is something you have to go to daily, or can medications be taken home. He doesn't have regular transportation. Also, are walk ins available or is it by appointment only?

Alexa Alane | Nov 5, 2019
New Season Treatment Center – Dallas | Nov 5, 2019

Alexa - You must be a great friend! Our service is a daily, outpatient program which means once the patient is admitted to the program he/she comes in daily so they do need to have transportation. Take-home medication is available to the patient after a few months of being stable and if they follow the guidelines. We prefer appointments because not all walkins are seen the same day. Call us at 877-284-7074 for more information.
