Yes they charge the first time. If your only getting puppy shots they only charge for the shots. If your wanting a dr to check the overall health then they'll charge an office visit too.
I am uncertain if they do or not. But I can tell you. That you will not find a better place to go. The doctors are awesome.
We just use this facility for boarding. Not sure about Vet charges.
