Great atmosphere and people! Only thing stopping a 5 star review. Make sure you repeat the actual date of your appointment! They may say the wrong date and then not be able to get you in... thankfully I had not made the drive all the way in when I got the appointment text for the following date from when they told me...

Yesterday morning at 7:30 I dropped my pet off here to get his teeth cleaned. He was 14 and walked a mile or two daily. At noon I was contacted about removing some bad teeth after the cleaning. Was he under all this time? Then I was told I wouldn't have to pay! That was so callous & uncaring to hear. Loosing my pet under these circumstances is hard enough to deal with. If you have a senior pet, please find another facility to give them surgery. I am very regretful that I did not. I do not have children as he was my son; heart-broken. Sept. 2022–when this happened two years ago, I filed a complaint with the state vet board. I finally got a hearing with the board and it found that this vet and practice was guilty of misconduct in the death of my poodle! Not sure what happens next.
