They tried to tell me my rescue pup is older than what he is because the shelter makes sure all animals that leave there have their core vaccinations. I've sent an email 📧 asking for them to change his dob, with no reply and still no change when I look at his profile. And they think I will invest in a wellness plan for a year. No thank you. I can go get his shots and pills 💊 for less than what they charge a month/year. Seeing as he had majority of his shots, their plans are useless to me. Come up with better plans to accommodate what people really need.

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
