The vet tech is rude and condescending. She really shouldn’t be in any customer service position. The actual vet is never available and it takes weeks to get an appointment. Messages left with customer service somehow never make it to the actual clinic. They have a five minute rule and even if you’re on time they say you’re late and won’t see you. Try to get there early. I do not recommend this location.

Like the convience of it. Only bad thing there isn't a Vet their at Thrive all the time unfortunately. And the grooming part... well let's just say I won't be using them if I don't absolutely have to. Taking 8-10 hours to groom a dog is unacceptable.

They have a $9/month insurance plan that significantly lowers costs of exams and treatments, some free. Vaccines are pretty much standard across the board, some are lower.
I don't believe so, but my dog has to have a procedure and we couldn't afford the initial price. The vet figured out a cheaper way to alleviate the problem in our price range until we are able to afford the major biopsy test.
