The entire place is made up of mostly stores, but I'm sure it's fine. I would invite you to maybe leave the dog in the car as a step towards getting back to a society where we dont have dogs attached to their owners 24/7.
Yes, we took out 20-pound dog through many of the stores, no problem.
I did see dogs on leashes.
I guess on the sidewalk
