I found out anyone can eat with ID. They want the scan card to collect data for funding, but can in fact feed you without the card and an ID card in it's stead. The problem comes with people on power trips more concerned with bringing in funding than feeding the poor.
Anyone with a scan card can come in and eat. Is the question more like you just want to show your family how it works ECT? And that answer would be to call.
