I am an extremely hard stick! So I had to return for second time since they were not able to draw it on my first time! On the second visit she was able to get it right away, and I was very thankful! The service in general was very good and I don’t blame them for not getting at times, I am not easy!

HOLY COW THE BAD REVIEWS!!! When they do reply, it says the exact same thing. Nothing is personable. You'd think the manager would read these and get after the staff to step it up or get the heck out! I have to have lab work done, but after reading all these reviews, I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Everything about this place screams “RUN AWAY” Stacie was horrible. I had no idea that I needed paperwork to get my blood drawn (not labcorp fault), but the way that I was handled in that room was not caused for. I mentioned to her that I was going to call my boss because maybe he didn’t inform me of the paperwork. I politely asked her if they had a fax machine so he could fax it over, she responded yes, took out her phone & made a phone call to someone and she had the sweetest voice with them. I stayed in the back room for 10 minutes, she never came back. I walked around for a minute to see if I could find her, nothing. What ever you do, find another place, please. Save yourself a headache people

This place is the absolute WORST!! These folks for whatever reason are RUDE and apparently mad they had to come to work. From the woman at the front behind the glass to the lady that drew the blood! The only positive thing I can say is she did an excellent job at drawing the blood. But her attitude stunk and she was rude as the lady in the front. I would think that in the medical field kindness, empathy and sympathy would be a requirement! I was not sick merely referred to this horrible place by my primary doc for a blood draw for my yearly physical - which on another note is totally paid in FULL by insurance company.. no out of pocket for me!! This of course was another issue with these folks and lady told me they would bill me... I THINK NOT - news flash for your yearly physical there is no charge. so you may want to bill the doc who sent me over with a form!! - Only reason for the 1 star is because it will not allow you to post with zero stars ....
