Company is in breach of contract. Installed the panels in the incorrect place and they never allowed me to sign off on the location of the placement. Now they are ignoring me for weeks. I must seek out an attorney now on top of cutting tree's on both sides of my house.

OK so I got solar panels with Daybreak, had to threaten to cancel just to see the plans, sign notice of commencement twice, and wait from January until August to get the first install date three trips later they called for inspection. they failed their inspection 2 times, did not inform me of the paperwork I had to do with the power company so when I did it, it came back incomplete, so I had to do it again we will see how that goes. I have had these panels on my roof for 2 months no solar at all. I have a father that is on oxygen and we just went through a hurricane and lost power and my dad had to have an emergency o2 tanks delivered during the hurricane because solar doesn't work. I expect better especially when I am already paying for them. So tell me how that is even right. Granted yes daybreak did say that they would pay the solar bill but to have a father on o2 and no power when you have had enough time to get this all straightened out just blows my mind. Get it together daybreak.

No. Nobody will return calls for issues.
They installed solar in 2018 on my house. They got my panels working after 2 YEARS of pleading with them. I moved houses in June and now they will not finish the job on my new house. I tried to pay the installer, but wouldn't accept my payment and now they told me after begging for help and response, they will not connect my panels responding to me in a not so friendly manner and the owner was copied on the email.. If that doesn't speak volumes about what the company values and standards are. From my personal experience, I recommend a more established, trustworthy and professional company. They ensured me they will have my panels working optimally. They are not working 2.5 years later.
I have the same experience. I can confirm they do not answer emails, calls or texts.
my experience with solar panels is you are still on the grid. So when there is no sun you can still have power. Not sure if you also have batteries to store any extra power made by the solar panels. If you are off the grid and have batteries or something for additional power or when the sun is not out. I would start with that. Also if someone monitors the output of your panels and can check the output online you might be able to check if your panels are still producing. Sorta difficult to help trouble shoot not knowing your setup. Hope that gives you a fee ideas to work with.
