People are treated awful in here, food is horrible, an aides an nurses can speak an talk to residents any way they want an get away with it, or they suspend them with pay and let them come right back. People like to know loved ones are being taken care of when in a nursing home, not be worried sick everytime you have to leave. I wouldn't give this place any stars to be honest, but in order to do a review they have to get atleast 1

Altercare has been caring for my mother for over a year and the staff has been exceptional. They communicate with me on all of her health concerns. Each and every staff member has exhibited a kind and caring manner. There is a small town feel to their facility and a personal touch with loved ones. A big "thank you" to everyone at Altercare for giving me peace of mind!
