The place is probably wonderful in the spring and summer but most exhibits were closed and there was no guide around to help direct us on what was available for viewing and what was not. The map they give at the front desk wasn't very helpful. The bird sanctuary was very cool, unorganized but cool nonetheless. Would come back in the Warner seasons.

Yes they have tables in the front of the area and in other play areas.
Yes they have had weddings there in the past I believe. They are great!
Do you have scooters
I believe "up front" in the park but admission required to go into the majority of trails, butterfly house, etc
Dogs are very welcome at Beech Creek. We ask that they be leashed and well behaved. We have dog treats at the visitor center :)
I don’t believe I saw dogs inside. You may want to call because they have animals like foxes and they may not allow them

There are so many amazing local restaurants in the Alliance area! Many are located within only a few minutes of Beech Creek Gardens. For local eats, we recommend Grinders Above & Beyond, the College Inn, Buddies Good to Go, Don Pancho's Tex-Mex Cafe, Doug's Diner, and more. For chain restaurants, close to us are Applebee's, Panera Bread, Heggy's Confectionary (they have diner food as well), Old Carolina Barbecue, Texas Roadhouse and many fast food restaurants.
Our operating hours change seasonally. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date information: https://www.beechcreekgardens.org/. In December in the past, we have been open Fridays & Saturdays from 10 am-8 pm, and Sundays from 12-5 pm. We apologize that you saw listed somewhere that we were only open until 4 pm in December. That's incorrect. FYI, our hours for December this year might be different from what they were in the past. We hope this helps!
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards if the transaction amount is over $10. We also accept cash and checks.
You would have to contact the office at the Botanical gardens
The Amazing Garden, Butterfly House and Catterpillar Nursery and the beautiful gardens are ADA compliant. Nature Playce has some sloping areas but there are so many stations that she would enjoy. The only thing that would be a challenge would be the trails through the woods. We have accessable parking by the BH /CN and very near the Nature Playce.
They have a special building covered with netting where the butterflies are free to go to the flowers throughout the building. They also give you q tips that you dip in sugar water to try and get the butterflies to come to you. The monarch butterflies are released in August or September for their flight to the south.
They sell herbs and flowers, but I'm not certain what types.
[2019 UPDATE] The general admission cost changes seasonally and now ranges from $5-8 depending on how much there is for visitors to explore and do.

The monarch is the only butterfly known to make a two-way migration as opposed to other butterfly species which have the ability to overwinter as larvae, pupae, or even as adults in some species.
