Dont recommend if your pregnant or have children , there is a smaller dorm after the bigger dorm is filled (A Gamble) and there’s no a/c and staff is aware and maintenance of the issue and blatantly hasn’t fixed the issue won’t accommodate & r rude

They were rude when I asked about the air conditioning , I’m grown I understand there’s rules everywhere you go and wasn’t asking for nobody to break the rules or bend the rules just why was it so hot and the lady had a attitude but later after lights out after emailing and posting about it they “had a change of heart” but thanks for your opinion

They do have a family shelter. It is a shelter so it's not the Hilton. AC may have been out but as of last week it was working. I cannot address the rude people. I have not experienced that. They do have rules and they do enforce them for your safety and theirs. So if you call that rude so be it. If you need help and shelter go they can help.
