Is this a no kill shelter? If cats don't get adopted in the first month do they get put to sleep? My friend has cats that were dropped off and wants to know.

This is not a no kill shelter. I don't know how long they keep them.

Hi Jonas. We do everything in our power to find homes for all pets in our care. We do however, have to euthanize for behavioral or health issues, and at times space. Again, we will do everything in our power to transfer pets out to rescues and fosters. There is no time limit. I hope this helps.

If the cats or dogs are aggressive after a couple days of staying there they get put to sleep (sometimes they cant even be touched so they get put down immediately) or if they have a medical problem they cant fix immediately.
