You need to call and schedule a time for drop off. You can't enter the building, they do intake from your car. There's a number you call on door when you get there for your appt. They also ask you to go to their website and print out paperwork on each pet to save time at appt.
They use to be a few years ago, I'm asking now because I know someone that needs to surrender multiple animals and quickly... I feel terrible putting it like that, but I'd rather them be in a shelter than abandoned. Her local shelter will isn't open until Tuesday and the other shelters won't take unless she's in their city.
