Yes plenty of parking of all kinds..
I was there with a Dodge 1500 with a 30 ft trailer. No problem parking.
There's room for trucks! And enough parking room for them too!
Last time I was at Wall Drugs I was 9 years old. That was well before such things as interstates. Walls drugs is meant for tourist cars towing trailers or motorhome so I'm 99% sure they have room for big trucks.
