Call rescue groups, it would be a plus if you got the kitten spayed or neutered at the spay and neuter network which could be very low cost on their specials like 20.00 and if you could foster until it finds a good home through the rescue group. I got a cat off the street and did get her all her medical done and already there are applications to get her adopted.
