I always go to this Costco on a Tuesday after 6.00 pm. On this day of the week and at this specific time it has been consistently quiet (for the past 10 years).
Early. Be done before the product sample people start setting up.
Arriving prior to Product Samples being out is 🔑 if you want to avoid large crowds.
After 6 p.m. it's very quiet. All the old people show up early in the morning
