The only person who answers the phone is by the fitting rooms. Yesterday I heard one of the employees ask another if she was going to answer the phone and she ignored her. They both walked away.
If your calling about if a product is in the store....don't. The department they transfer you to only tell you what they want to. They are just too busy.
That would be correct. THERE ARE SOME GOOD EMPLOYEES BUT, ONES IN AUTHORIZED TO DO WHAT THE OTHERS CANT..JUST DONT SHOP THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH COS THE STORE HAS NOTHING YOU NORMALLY PURCHASE..
