Of course it depends on your overall health and physical condition. If you are playing 18 holes, it would probably be best to rent a cart. The front nine is less hilly than the back nine.
I am 60 and have given up walking as it is too steep for me now.

Yes it is somewhat difficult to walk. But the views are beautiful! You will love it.
