Drive thru experience left a lot for wanting… tried to order 12 piece chicken tenders, got told what sides I would be getting, and had to argue to change a side, then got home to find a bucket of chicken on the bone. Also, the fries I had to fight for were probably cooked several hours prior… not very warm, and chewy like jerky… chicken was also over cooked and dry, and somehow the biscuits were doughy… top it all off with an exploded butter packet in the bag making everything greasy… won’t be returning to this location anytime soon

Chicken tenders are hit or miss for the quality and cook. One order 2 weeks ago was good, but the biscuits were not put into the bag which we didn't notice until we arrived at our destination. Yesterday the service was a little bit better but the tenders were very overcooked and half the size as the prior order. But the biscuits were there .. very dry and cold. $35 + tax for the 12 pc meal is a ridiculous price when it's not edible 50% of the time. Throw in the drive thru employees attitudes simply makes me not want to go to this location anymore.

I was grateful to find this KFC as it's been a long time since I've been able to find a KFC with good fresh food and decent service. It's been very frustrating going into the Layton KFC which is near me since they are either our of chicken or if you do order anything it's either bland, too greasy, not so great service, so if you have also experienced terrible KFC recently elsewhere I'd definitely recommend trying these guys out if you are able to afford a trip to Bountiful. It'll be worth it!

I hate coming here, but it's the only KFC nearby. Every time we come here they mess something up. That's fine, I guess, but when they do make a mistake and I make sure to kindly tell them, they NEVER say "I'm sorry we messed that up," they just say "ok" and then act like "what do you expect?" "Hey, I asked for fries, but these fries look like coleslaw..." "Ok, pull around and we'll bring them out to you." I don't know if it's because of who owns this location, who manages it, or what, but it's clear no one is excited to be here. Sad and salty employees don't provide good service, so maybe someday that will change.
