They were out of the ingredients needed to make my drink, so they refunded my money. However they refunded the wrong amount. After talking with the manager and was told I would have to send my card information along with my bank statement information in for a refund I decided I just would never come here again

I love going to SIPS for our daily stress-relieving drinks. The manager is so friendly and sweet and always remembers our drink orders. She's the best! The customer service is great and their Diet Coke with lime and coconut combo is better than any other soda shop out there! Also love the cookies. So conveniently located next to the gym and the car wash, two places I also frequent, although I often take the 3 minutes out of my way to hit the SIPS drive-thru if I'm getting on the freeway, too. I appreciate the discount with their loyalty program. Lots of things that keep me coming back! Highly recommend.
