Go to phoenixlibrary.gov. create an account (must have library card). Login to account. Look up item. Click to place a hold on item. When item is available they will email you. Go to selected library and pick up item.
Login to my account. Look up item. Put in a request for it. Or if you want a item that is a new item. Do the same thing. Put new item/new order for it. That should work
