There are 2 Splash pad areas... And yes they are open
They shut them off on October 23rd and will turn them back on sometime in the spring time (depending on temps)

Yes was there on Wednesday, and they were still open.
We were there last weekend and I don't remember seeing them on. Not a 100% though.
