I have been sitting at the drive up window for 30 minutes after having paid. We couldn’t get anyone to come back to the window and when we did they didn’t even know what we ordered. Worst service.

Not really a question, however, I'm sure they are interested in your feedback. Go talk to them about it. In sure they will do their best to take care of you. The people there are generally good.
