Worst Pizza Ever! I ordered the Pacific Veggie and Honolulu Hawaiian. I picked it up on time and when I got it home what I got were two pizzas that were cold, with toppings that weren't fully cooked and not sliced. The Veggie had 6 cold mushroom slices with a few shriveled green pepper chunks, a handful of sliced olives and nothing else! I will never return to this pizza joint again. They took my money and delivered absolute garbage; I feel completely robbed!

We ordered an ultimate supreme and classic pepperoni pizza. The person taking the order complained that it's more work, having to make an ultimate supreme pizza. Both pizzas were swimming in sauce! I had to scrape the excess sauce off with a spoon to be able to eat them. Terrible pizzas!
Cash Cabading
I called 6 times in a row with no answer. Google says they are about 2x as busy as usual, but when I drove by and saw both the drive thru and the indoor lobby almost empty. Service has always been terrible at this location, and they don't even do fresh pizza, I saw them just put new cheese on top to make it look done once before. DO NOT GO HERE.

Drive though Is a major plus and the biggest reason I come to this location, but that’s about it. The pizza is NEVER ready I always have to park on the side and wait while I watch car after car after car go through the line. Last time I waited 39 minutes then an employee came out and said they haven’t even started my order yet (one cheese pizza and one Italian cheese bread) while I watched them hand the same food out to other cars. Food is often cold and never enough cheese to cover the sauce and employees I’ve interacted with have not been very good at communication. I’m think I’ll have to start dragging the kids inside with me to go to another location.

Depends on time of day as well... But yes I get your frustration, they are slower than they should be at times
Not really a question, however, I'm sure they are interested in your feedback. Go talk to them about it. In sure they will do their best to take care of you. The people there are generally good.
